Ross J. Deater was born and raised in New York and is currently a Freelance Photographer and Videographer in Los Angeles, California.
He received his Bachelor's Degree in Advertising Photography and Minor in Film Studies from Rochester Institute of Technology and has been working in the industry for over a decade.
